The government has released the report of the Technical Committee on Water Resources. The report contains findings of the committee and discusses of the construction of big water reservoirs and the distribution mechanism of the Indus River System Authority (IRSA).

The report contains a Summary of Conclusion and Recommendations by the Chairman TCWR, comments of the chairman, results of the surveys and examination carried out by the committee. The report primarily focuses on the feasibility of building a new water reservoir. The report has been released in four different languages for wider circulation.
